BY USING THE LIKETOLAUGH.COM BANNER NETWORK YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you ("Client, Customer, User") and LiketoLaugh.com ("Company, Us"). They should be read and understood.

All Impressions/Clicks will be generated from our banner advertising network.

All Impressions/Clicks will be tracked as unique (based on IP Address) in a 24-hour period.

All campaigns are considered active the moment the first Impression/Click is made on the User's advertisement.

Client is financially responsible for every Impression/Click made on their advertisement. In the event of a Client cancellation, the Client agrees to pay for the Impressions/Clicks already made, plus a 10% cancellation fee.

All Impressions/Clicks will be made on the banner advertisement provided by the Client at the time of order. All Clicks will be directed to the URL provided by the Client at the time of order. In the event that there is an error with the submitted advertisement or URL, the Client will not hold Us responsible for the error. In the event of such errors, no credit or refund will be made to the Client's account.

In the event the Client's site becomes unavailable for any reason ("server is down or unavailable, timed out, or shows to be active but with internal server errors, 404 errors and other types of common or uncommon errors associated with the internet and its underlying infrastructure"), the Client will not hold Us responsible for these errors. All/Any Impressions made on the Client's advertisement, and Clicks delivered to the Client's site, during any period of unavailability will not be credited or refunded to the Client's account.

LiketoLaugh.com does not guarantee conversions (sales or leads) with any advertising campaign and will not issue a refund or credit if none are achieved.
